Canadian Prison Riot (Footage)

A Court of Queen’s Bench judge has released a video of a 2010 riot at the Saint John Regional Correctional Centre that caused more than $350,000 in damage.

The video shows inmates throwing toilets through windows, a fire erupting and guards dressed in riot gear. It was introduced as evidence during the trial of three of the five men charged in connection with the incident.
