Nick Cannon in ‘Stable Condition’ Following Mild Kidney Failure Scare

It’ll take more than mild kidney failure to slow down a man as on-the-go as Nick Cannon.

The “America’s Got Talent” host is already settling back into the groove just days after an emergency trip to the hospital.

“Getting back to business,” the TV host tweeted, along with a photo of him getting his hair buzzed in the hospital room.

Cannon’s wife, Mariah Carey, who has been at his bedside since he was first hospitalized in Aspen, Colo., similarly wrote that her eternally optimistic husband would likely be back on his feet soon.

“Nick is in stable condition with a good prognosis, hopefully he’ll be discharged within 2 days,” she wrote on Twitter. “As always he’s laughing and in good spirits.”

Cannon may be in a bit of pain, however.

“Just left the operating table and I was awake during the whole procedure,” he tweeted Friday afternoon, adding the hashtag #OUCH.

Carey, 41, posted a Twitter photo of herself smooching her husband amid giant flower arrangements and Get Well balloons.

The singer took to her blog Wednesday to explain that Cannon, 31, had suffered from mild kidney failure.

Cannon was transferred to a hospital in Los Angeles shortly thereafter.
