An individual died after falling off a train in the Veyangoda area Saturday.According to the Railway Control Room, the victim had been traveling on the footboard of the train which was plying from Colombo to Vavuniya.The accident had taken place at around 3 p.m. The victim has been identified as a 24-year-old resident of the Eluwa area in Veyangoda.
